Prof. Bader Mohammed Al Ansari has a PhD in Personality Psychology from Aberdeen University, UK 1993; an MSc in Counseling Psychology from University of Denver, USA in 1998; and a BSc in Psychology from Kuwait University, 1985. He is currently a Professor at Kuwait University and has introduced the following topics to the Arabic literature: shyness, embarrassment, shame, guilt, remorse, optimism, pessimism, realistic optimism, hopelessness, Suicide Ideation, dental fears & anxiety, five factor models of personality, Cultural Dimensions, and reintroduced Happiness, Hope, Distress, Well-Being, and Psychoticism.
